1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "j2bat" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at j2bat.pro, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on j2bat or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the j2bat platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus PKR amounts credited to an Account by j2bat under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager an amount before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the j2bat website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, services, and content available through j2bat.pro.
• "Services" means collectively the casino games, sportsbook, live dealer games, crash games, slot games, and all other gaming and account-related services provided by j2bat.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all j2bat Accounts.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures j2bat is obligated to conduct under its licensing obligations.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statutory provision includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the j2bat platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and all documents incorporated by reference, including the j2bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and j2bat relating to your use of the Platform. j2bat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money activity on j2bat. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. j2bat takes age verification seriously and treats underage gambling as one of the most serious compliance matters the platform manages.

3.2 Age Verification Process

j2bat reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time to verify their age, identity, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of j2bat's compliance team will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

3.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, Players must:

• Be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• Not be a current or former employee of j2bat, its affiliates, or technology providers, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on j2bat or any affiliated platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

j2bat reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on j2bat. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If j2bat identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. j2bat strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must notify j2bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. j2bat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting j2bat support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

j2bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer (IBFT). j2bat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your j2bat Account instantaneously upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and IBFT are typically credited within one business day, subject to interbank processing times outside j2bat's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by j2bat's payments team. j2bat targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to j2bat's satisfaction.
• Clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Confirmation that the withdrawal account matches the account used for deposit (or is registered in the Player's verified name).
• j2bat's internal fraud and AML screening procedures.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. j2bat reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time. Players with questions about their specific limits should contact support.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive offers issued by j2bat are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. j2bat does not permit withdrawal of Bonus Funds or associated winnings until applicable Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

j2bat actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedge bets designed primarily to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement with the games; creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; and coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotion outcomes. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

j2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will have their existing promotional status honoured at j2bat's reasonable discretion.

7 Casino Games & Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Game Availability and Rules

All casino games available on j2bat — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, crash games, and other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the rules displayed within the game take precedence over any general description on the j2bat website.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on j2bat use certified random number generator technology that has been independently tested and audited. The outcome of every spin, hand, or bet is entirely random and is not influenced by previous results, Account history, or any other external factor.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on j2bat, including cricket (PSL and international), is governed by j2bat's Sports Betting Rules document. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. j2bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or found to have been subject to match-fixing.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, j2bat's system will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded state of the game. The result determined by j2bat's server logs shall be final and binding. j2bat accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j2bat and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Any form of money laundering, including using j2bat as a vehicle for cycling funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to circumvent j2bat's responsible gaming tools, including using a third party's Account to continue playing during a self-exclusion period.

j2bat cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in all matters involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

j2bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is an entertainment activity and is never intended to be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to financial problems.

9.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All j2bat Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated through the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount wagered within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account is temporarily inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from j2bat, effective immediately upon request.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others may request immediate self-exclusion by contacting j2bat support. Self-exclusion is activated within minutes of the request being confirmed and remains in force for the minimum period selected, after which a mandatory cooling-off period applies before reinstatement can be considered.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j2bat platform — including but not limited to the j2bat name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of j2bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j2bat platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any j2bat content without prior written authorisation from j2bat.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond j2bat's control.
• Errors in game outcomes arising from connectivity failures on the Player's side.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

j2bat's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits j2bat's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

j2bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on j2bat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j2bat implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and strict internal data access controls. j2bat does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or our licensing obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

j2bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j2bat will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at j2bat.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using j2bat and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bat holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and j2bat, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting j2bat's support team. j2bat will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by j2bat's licensing authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings are expressly waived by both parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
